We will discuss and explore the myriad of health benefits that such an eating plan offers. You may be interested in how to get more fruits and vegetables in your diet. I can help you find delicious ways of doing that. Perhaps you need help with how to cook using whole food plants, or maybe you need help going on an excursion to the grocery store, reading and deciphering ingredient labels and nutritional information.
